Return & Refund Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations:

  • You can change your order within 6 hours of purchase by emailing support@aztrendshirt.com.
  • After 6 hours, changes or cancellations are not possible.
  • Personalized items cannot be changed after ordering.

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Most delivered items, as they are custom-made.
  • Items on sale or promotion.
  • Incorrect sizing or color chosen by the customer.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective (you have 7 days to claim).
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order doesn’t arrive within 45 business days.

How to claim a replacement or refund:

  • Email support@aztrendshirt.com with photos showing the problem (within 7 days of receiving the item).
  • We will then process your request and issue a replacement or refund if applicable.

Keep in mind:

  • You don’t need to return the original item (unless requested).
  • It may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
  • You are responsible for any shipping costs if you choose to return an item we didn’t request.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Loss or delivery failure due to the recipient being unavailable.
